Changes in nutrient concentrations can be caused by anthropogenic activities coastal and marine waters. This affects the abundance of phytoplankton. The waters experiencing it are Kassikebo Pangkep, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. For this reason, research has been carried out to analyze structure phytoplankton communities these waters, from January July 2022. To identify phytoplankton, 100 L seawater samples were filtered, which taken at each station. results that water filter, identified laboratory. showed classes found Bacillariophyceae Cyanophyceae. Species such as Skeletonema Detonula. One-way ANOVA was not significantly different between observation stations (p>0.05). pH.
